Any supplement/ reduction applicable in such cases will be payable accordingly.

Admission fees of the scenic spots as listed in the itinerary.
Meals as specified in the itinerary. If you temporarily cancel a meal for personal reason during the tour in China, the cost is non-refundable. Our company reserves the flexibility to arrange a meal with equal value in your tour or make other arrangements.
* You will be ordering dishes at a local restaurant with guide’s help when A la carte meals listed in the itinerary. The allowance would be adequate for a decent meal (including dishes and soft drinks) in our recommended local restaurants. Supplemental payment may be charged for any deficiency.
* It is free for baby under 2 years old, 25% off for child between 2 and 11 years old.

Passengers are entitled to a free luggage allowance of 20 kg for checked baggage and 5 kg for carry-on baggage. In the event that the specified flight or train is unavailable at the time of booking, we will arrange the closest available alternative.
Sightseeing: As outlined in the Itinerary will be escorted with English-speaking guide; Service of local guide and van is for a maximum of 8 hours during the full day individual tour packages.
*Please note that our English-speaking guides and drivers in each city or area will not travel with you by air or by train from one city to another.
*Odynovo reserves the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or to re-route the order of cities if that will enable you to visit all listed excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the extent possible and there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.
Private Transfers between airports, railway stations, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing in each city or area by private air-conditioned vehicle with driver and English-speaking guide as listed in the itinerary. * The transfer service on arrival and departure dates is for the whole group at one time. An extra charge is required if separate transfers are required.

Flight/ Accommodation/ Sightseeing/ Meal not listed in the itinerary.
Passport and Visa: Your passport should be valid for a certain period beyond your intended stay in the destination country. The required validity can vary. Six months beyond your planned departure date from the destination country is a common requirement. And ensure you have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps. Visa requirements vary from country to country; please consult your travel consultant for more details if you are unsure whether a visa is required for your trip.
Personal expenses such as room service, internet charge, laundry, drink, fax, telephone call, optional activities, etc.
Gratuities, tips to guides, drivers, bellboys, etc.
* We recommend US$10-15 per traveler per day as tips for the guide and US$5-10 per traveler per day as tips for the driver. However you might pay more or less depending on their services.
Excess Baggage Charges.
Travel insurance. Please kindly note that the full coverage travel insurance from your home country must be purchased in advance on your own.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

1) No less than 14 days prior to scheduled departure date: 0% of the full payment per person.

2) 7 to 13 days prior to scheduled departure date: 10% of the full payment per person.

3) 2 to 6 days prior to scheduled departure date: 50% of the full payment per person.

4) 2 to 0 days prior to scheduled departure date: 100% of the full payment per person.

5) Plus: additional cancellation fees, if applicable, imposed by the service providers other than Odynovo (may include but not limit to banks or other payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies, etc.) will be deducted from the money refunded.

Traveler substitutions are considered as cancellations of reservations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.

After the trip commence, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services (may include but not limit to hotels, air or train tickets, meals, admission fees) due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Also, we will refund to the account (Credit Card or Pay Pal or Bank Wire Transfer) which customer paid to us from the beginning. We and our customer take upon corresponding transaction costs incurred hereinto.

Activities for today: Upon your arrival at Shanghai, China's most cosmopolitan city, your personal guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax, or step out into this amazing city for an adventure on your own.

Day 2 Shanghai, Sunday 18-Nov-2018

Accommodations: Hyatt on The Bund(5 star), King/Twin Room
Activities for today: After breakfast, you will visit Yu Garden, Yu Market, and then the Silk workshop. In the afternoon, you will visit the Jade Buddha Temple and the French Section, enjoying the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel. Also, you could get a bird eye view of this metropolis from standing the top of Shanghai Tower.
Optional: night show, Acrobatic Show USD 31(CNY 200) per person, A Seat

Yu Garden: Located in the Old Town of Shanghai and laid out in 1559 AD by a powerful Ming official, Yu Garden recreates a beautiful landscape of pagodas, pavilions, rockeries, fountains, ancient trees and precious flowers.

Yuyuan Market: Outside the Yu Garden, a bustling market with different snacks and trinkets.

Silk Workshop (factory): Chinese silk has surprised the world through the ancient Silk Road. How small cocoons transformed into elegant silk and embroideries has for long time been described as a magical process. When visit the workshop/factory, you will see a variety of skills used for producing the dazzling silk items. It is also a good place to find worthwhile souvenirs for your families and friends.

Former French Section: The former French Concession in old days now is a great walking area full of history, with its cobble streets, beautiful French style villas, variety of cafes, restaurants and antique stores.

Jade Buddha Temple: Named after its exquisite milk-white jade Buddha brought from Burma in the 19th century by a Chinese monk, it is a spiritual oasis in the midst of a modern metropolis.

The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel: Connecting the north side of Chen Yi Square at the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Radio and Television Tower at Pudong, the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel has a total length of 646.7 meter and is China’s first cross-river artificial sightseeing tunnel. Modern high technologies are applied in the decoration of the interior walls of the tunnel, providing the passengers with background music as well as pictures, patterns and views about people, history, culture, science and technology and natural scenery.

Shanghai Tower: Up to 632 meters and with 132 floors (127 floors above the ground and 5 floors below the ground) , Shanghai Tower is now the tallest building in China and second tallest in the world. It also has the world's highest observation deck within a building and the world's fastest elevators at a top speed of 20.5 m/s. As the last super high building in the heart of Lujiazui area, Shanghai tower will be the landmark of the financial service industry in China, and also a best choice for visitors to enjoy a panoramic view of the modern metropolis. Note: You always need to wait in line to get on it, and in the peak season over one hour may be required.

Acrobatic Show: Chinese Acrobatics is one of the oldest performing arts with its history tracing back to Neolithic times, during its development in the history, it has been absorbing plentiful merits from the opera, dance and Chinese Kungfu, and formed its own artistic features. In Acrobatic Show, in a very typical Shanghainese setting and atmosphere, you will enjoy many breathtaking and stunning programs such as Calvaria Skills, Silk Suspending, Hoop Diving and so on performed by very skillful performers, you will truly have an unforgettable experience of your life.

Day 3 Shanghai / Beijing, Monday 19-Nov-2018

Activities for today: In the morning, you will be transferred to airport for your flight departing from Shanghai. Upon your arrival at Beijing airport, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. After a short break, you will visit the Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City (including Treasure Gallery). In the evening, you will taste local famoust Peking Roast Duck Dinner at Hepingmen Quanjude chain resturants. After that, you could take your own leisure time to walk around the local Wangfujing Street and Houhai Pub Street.

Note:
For saving time, I suggest you to take direct flight to Beijing.

Tiananmen Square: It is the largest city square in the world and the spiritual heart of China, where the national flag is raised exactly at sunrise every day.

Forbidden City (including Treasure Gallery): Treasure Gallery is located in the center of Beijing, used to be the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years, it is the grandest integral palace complex still remaining in China.

Wangfujing Street: It is located in the Dongcheng District of Beijing, is one of the most modern and attractive shopping streets in China. You can get almost all the famous brand products here.

Houhai Pub Street: It is located in center of the Beijing city. It named "sea", while in fact, it is a big artificial lake. During the ancient times, HOUHAI can only be enjoyed by the royalty. And now it has become a very most important place for people to lie fallow. The most famous part of HOUHAI is its taproom. In weekends, you can spend a whole-day long with your friends here for relax. HOUHAI's bars maybe the best taproom in Beijing, and even the best in china. It is a beautiful place deserved a visit.

Day 4 Beijing / Xi'an, Tuesday 20-Nov-2018

Activities for today: Today you will tour the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section with Lift & Toboggan included). After that, you will be directly driven to the airport for your flight to Xian. Upon arriving in Xian, your local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax.

Note:
In order to have a better sleep and rest in hotel for your second day's tour in Xian, I suggest you to take direct flight to Xian instead of taking overnight train. As you cannot take shower or rest well on trains, especially your tour durarion is limited. You can take it into consideration.

Great Wall (Mutianyu Section): The most famous symbol of China and one of the world's most remarkable architectural wonders, it was built over 2,000 years ago and stretching about 6,700km.

Day 5 Xi'an / Shanghai, Wednesday 21-Nov-2018

Activities for today: You will visit the incredible life-size Terracotta Warriors and learn to make your own Terracotta at the Xian Art Ceramics Factory in the morning. After that, you will visit the Ancient City Walls and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. In the late afternoon, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight back to Shanghai.

Terracotta Warriors: Discovered in 1974 by local farmers digging a well, one of the most significant archeological finds of the 20th century. These 6,000 life-size painted terracotta warriors and horses --individually sculpted from real-life models and arranged in battle formation have been protecting the mausoleum of the first emperor in Chinese history—Emperor QinShihuang since 2,200 years ago.

Learning to make your own Terracotta: You will have a chance to study how to make Terracotta on your own. It is a special experience.

Xian Art Ceramics Factory: It is a good place to know how the astonishing Terracotta Warriors were made back to over 2000 years ago. You can actually join the work flow to make one by your own by using the original technique and process.

The Ancient City Walls: It is the largest and best-preserved ancient fortress in the world. It is also the thickest “wall” in the world, which you can drive golf car, take rickshaw and ride bicycle on the top.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda: regarded by many as a symbol of the city, the pagoda was built in 652 A.D in Tang Dynasty to house the sutras brought back from India by the famous monk Xuan-zang.

Day 6 Shanghai, Thursday 22-Nov-2018

Activities for today: Free day on your own exploration in Shanghai Disneyland.

Note:
Given we don't have the contract price with Disneyland hotel, so we do suggest you to book on your own, as well as the entrance tickets. Today is the free day for your group (6 adults, 3 children) to enjoy Shanghai Disneyland. We will arrange seperate guide service for another 4 adults between Shanghai and Hangzhou.

Free day on your own exploration: It is suggested to start the day from the colonial style Bund with a relaxing strolling; and then continue to People’s Park, where you can even spend a full day to immerse yourself into the History Museum, Moca Shanghai and Shanghai Grand Theatre, or you may just walk around the park to have a glimpse of local people’s leisure time and how the anxious parents try to find a spouse for their children who do not care whether to have a spouse at all. Alternatively, you can ask a taxi to the former French Concession and spend an afternoon at some café; or to A.P Plaza the biggest “fake market” in Pudong district.

Day 7 Shanghai, Friday 23-Nov-2018

Accommodations: Shanghai Disneyland Hotel - Booked on your own,
Activities for today: After breakfast, we will drive about 50 minutes to visit Zhujiajaio Old Town and experience the boat cruise in this small water town. After enjoying half day tour, our guide and driver will escort Chad to Pudong International Airport for taking his flight by American Airlines #288 5:25pm to Chicago. Rest of you (9adults, 3 children) will visit the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium and enjoy Cruise on Huangpu River (45 Mins).

Zhujiajiao Old Town (including boat cruise): A well-preserved and fan-shaped old town with hundreds of years of history around the shore of vast Dingshan Lake, one of the largest commercial centers on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River during the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1911AD), where you can see thousands of buildings in Ming and Qing style standing along the river, 36 old stone bridges connecting nine streets in the old town to form a unique and beautiful waterscapes.

Shanghai Ocean Aquarium: Hosts a collection of more than 450 species of aquatic animals from the five continents and four oceans. Of particular interest are the rare and endangered species from the Yangtze River. (Tips: the underwater tunnel is the last display in the aquarium. Once you have passed through the tunnel, you cannot re-enter the aquarium.)

Cruise on Huangpu River (45 Mins): One of the best ways to see both old and new Shanghai. As you sail up and down the river, you can enjoy the views of the full sweep of The Bund and the 21st century cityscape of Pudong, the view along the both banks of the river is especially fantastic during the night with all the lights lit up on the old and new buildings.

Your Transfer

Private transfer is guaranteed throughout your trip with Odynovo unless agreed upon otherwise.
All vehicles provided by Odynovo in each destination will be in good conditions. Luxury vehicles can be arranged by us with extra charges.
Vehicles in different destinations may vary according to your group sizes. If you have a lot of luggage, please inform your travel consultant in advance because we have to make a special arrangement with additional cost.

Your Tour guide and Driver

Well trained and experienced tour guide will be arranged in each destination. They will not fly with you from one destination to another unless agreed upon otherwise.
The tour guide will meet you at the airport/train station/cruise pier or hotel. He/she will hold Odynovo's welcoming plague with your name on it.
Our tour guide/driver’s working hours are no more than 8 hours per day and 4 hours per half day. Evening activities are optional but can be included in the itinerary as per your request. Additional cost will be charged.
In the hot season or tropical areas, early daily activities can begin at 8:00am or 8:30am because of the traffic jam.
Drivers are prohibited from using cell phones or chatting/smoking when driving.

Land Tours

Your tour will be operated and arranged according to your itinerary. You are free to travel at your own pace and flexibility if you prefer, but your tour guide only get paid by the pre-arranged schedule.
Your tour guide will double-check the itinerary with you when you see each other. If there is any change or adjustment, please inform your tour guide.
There may be additional charges if you decide to visit a location that is not specified in the itinerary.

Accommodation

Odynovo makes arrangements with a wide selection of hotels to meet every client’s needs, from boutique to regular, from standard to luxurious.
Additional cost will be charged on your own if you decide to change any of the hotels.
All hotels/resorts/cruises we recommend are according to our customer’ feedbacks, and reviews on the Trip Advisor or hotel booking websites.

Meals

Usually, Breakfast is included in your hotels when we list under "B" in the itinerary. If you book your own hotels, the breakfast may be or not included.
Meals will be local food, arranged at tourist restaurants or proper local restaurants with the help of the tour guides.
Odynovo usually do not include dinners in your cost. Your professional tour guides are happy to give you some recommendations if you so request.
Different kinds of foods (Western Food, Vegetarian food, Indian food, etc.) can be arranged with additional cost.
